Affiliate program
Recurring income from
shops you already talk to.
You keep a fifth of what every shop you send us pays, for their first 12 months on Strata. The rate never drops, and there is no minimum: payouts are sent by hand, usually monthly. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on that invoice nets out with it.
Twelve months, tracked for you
Commission runs for twelve months from the month a shop you referred first pays, on whatever plan it is on during that time. It starts counting the moment they subscribe, so there is nothing for you to file or claim.
A long attribution window
Ninety days, not the thirty most programs give you. Someone can find Strata through you, sit on it, and still come back as your referral. Once they subscribe, the credit is attached to their account permanently, not to a cookie that can expire underneath you.
The rate is the rate
You are paid on the first shop you send at the same rate as the fiftieth. The one exception: if a shop's payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on that invoice nets out with it.
Something worth signing
A 30-day free trial that you can cancel anytime, a self-serve CSV import that takes an OrbisX or Urable export, and pricing that starts below what most tools charge for one feature. The pitch does the work.
What it adds up to
Plan they land on
- Per shop, per month
- $13.80
- Earned across year one
- $497
3 shops x $13.80 x 12 months. At the discounted rate: a new Pro shop pays $69 a month, not $89, for as long as it stays. At list price it is $17.80 a month.
How it works
Three steps, and then it runs on its own.
Apply
Tell us where you have an audience. We read every application ourselves and reply within two business days, approved or not.
Share your link
You get a tracked link and the assets to go with it: screenshots, demo estimates, and copy you can lift. Use as much or as little as you want.
Get paid monthly
Commission is recorded against every invoice your referrals pay, so what you are owed is a running total rather than an estimate. Payouts are sent by hand, usually monthly, with no minimum balance. Email us if one is late.
Who this is for
If shops already ask what you use.
We would rather have thirty referrers who genuinely know this business than three hundred link-droppers. The test is simple: when you recommend something, do people go and buy it?
Creators and YouTubers
You film details, wraps, tint, or builds, and your comments are full of people asking how you run the business side.
Educators and coaches
You teach shops how to charge properly and stop losing money. Software is the part they always ask about next.
Shop owners
You already run Strata and other owners ask what you use. This turns that conversation into recurring income.
Suppliers and reps
You are in shops every week. Recommending the thing that keeps their calendar full makes you more useful, not less.
Apply
Tell us where you have an audience.
We read every application ourselves. That is slower than an instant approval, and it is deliberate: the program is worth more to everyone in it if the people in it are a real fit.
- 20% of what every shop pays, every month, for their first 12 months
- Paid by hand, usually monthly, with no minimum
- A dashboard showing every signup and what it earns
- Screenshots, demo estimates, and copy you can lift
Program questions
How much is 20% actually worth?
It is 20% of what the shop pays, every month for its first 12 months on Strata. At list price that is $17.80 a month on Pro, $11.80 on Solo and $39.80 on Premier. A shop on the discount pays less for as long as it stays, and your 20% is of what it pays: $13.80 a month for a Pro shop at $69, and $7.80 for a Solo shop at $39. Ten shops on Pro is $138 to $178 a month for that first year, net of any refund or chargeback.
When do I get paid, and is there a minimum?
Payouts are sent by hand, usually monthly, with no minimum balance. Email us if one is late.
What happens if a shop cancels?
Commission stops when their subscription stops, or after twelve months from their first payment, whichever comes first. A plain cancellation is not a clawback: you keep what you already earned. If they resubscribe later on the same account, attribution and commission come back with them for whatever is left of the twelve months. The one exception to keeping what you earned is a refund or a chargeback on a payment, in which case the commission on that invoice nets out.
Do I have to be a Strata customer?
No. Plenty of our best referrers are educators and suppliers who are not shops themselves. It helps to have used it, so approved affiliates get an account to work in.
Can I run paid ads on the Strata brand?
No bidding on our brand terms or lookalike domains, and nothing that reads as if it comes from Strata. Everywhere else, your channel, your list, your community, your paid traffic, is fair game.
How is a referral tracked?
Your link tags the visit for ninety days. When they create their shop, the credit is written onto that account for good. We run this ourselves rather than through an outside tracking service, so there is no third party between their payment and what you are owed. Commission is then recorded against each invoice they actually pay. If someone reaches us another way and names you, tell us and we will attach it by hand.
