How it works
Booking Page, step by step
You set it up once
Choose which services are bookable, set your hours and deposits, and mark each service in-shop or mobile. Keep services you'd rather quote in person off it.
The customer picks a service and a real open time
Customers choose from times that are actually open, built from your hours, each service's duration and buffer, and what is already on the calendar.
They enter their car and see the deposit
They enter their exact vehicle by year, make and model. Add-ons update the price and time, and any deposit shows on the summary before they confirm.
It lands on your calendar, connected
Each booking lands as an appointment tied to the customer and vehicle, with deposit status attached. If texting is on, they can reply C to confirm.

The time list is real, not a guess
Every slot is checked against your hours, the service's duration and buffer, and jobs already booked. No closed Sundays, stacked buffers or double-booked bays.
Deposits right after booking, and a flag for the ones still uncollected
You decide which services ask for a deposit and how much. Customers pay through Stripe one tap after booking, and Strata flags jobs still unpaid.
It runs off the service list you already keep
Booking uses the services, durations and prices you already set up. Change a price once in your catalog and the booking page shows it.
In-shop or mobile, set per service
Set each service to book in your shop or as a mobile job. Mobile jobs collect the customer's address, and one page can offer both.
What you get
Jobs get booked while you're closed or under a car, without a phone call.
A customer who has paid a deposit is far less likely to no-show.
No double-booked bays or jobs stacked on buffers; the page only offers time you can actually work.
Every booking arrives as a full customer-and-vehicle record with its deposit status attached, so there's nothing to re-type.
Booking Page questions
Do I have to let strangers book straight onto my calendar?
You control it. Only services you turn on are bookable, within your hours, and each can carry a deposit. In request mode, nothing lands on the calendar until you approve the time.
What happens the moment someone books?
It becomes a real appointment tied to the customer and their exact vehicle, with deposit status attached and their hub set up. If texting is on, the confirmation and reminder go out.
Can I ask for a deposit, and do I need Stripe?
Deposits are optional and set per service. With Stripe connected, customers pay from the link in their confirmation. Without it, the page says the shop will ask, and you collect it.
