Strata is built inside a working detail shop and used on live jobs. Something gets in the way during a wash, and it gets fixed before the next one. That is the whole development process, and it is why the feedback loop is about an hour long.
Nothing ships unused
A feature goes on real cars before it goes in a release. Most of what gets cut is cut because it looked fine in a mockup and got in the way on a Tuesday afternoon with three cars waiting.
Phone first, because the bay is
Nobody running a shop is sitting at a desk. Strata works from a phone with wet hands and gloves on, because that is the only way it would ever actually get used.
