Client Hub in Strata

How it works

Client Hub, step by step

1

It exists the moment you book them

The first appointment, estimate or invoice creates the hub. You can also send the link yourself from the client's record.

2

They see what is open, and act on it

Estimates show View estimate and Request changes. Invoices show the balance and Pay now. Appointments show deposit status. Vehicles and service history sit beside them.

3

Approval and payment happen right there

Customers approve the estimate, pay a deposit or balance through your connected Stripe, and add a tip. Strata updates the record the same second.

4

Any link gets them back

The customer can keep the hub link. New documents appear in the hub they already know, and the link is signed for that customer alone.

Client Hub on mobile

One place, not five links

Three links in three apps become one. The document they came from sits first, and the rest is one tap away.

A quiet upsell built in

Under an upcoming appointment, the hub suggests the add-ons you paired, each with Ask to add. Nothing changes on the appointment until you say so.

Repeat business starts here

Vehicles on file and recent service history are on the page, so the next visit starts from what you already know.

Nothing to install

A web page that opens from the appointment, estimate or invoice page. No app store, no password, no account to recover later.

What you get

Estimates get approved from the customer's phone, options included, without a call.

Invoices get paid from the same page the customer already opened.

Repeat customers see their own history and the cars you have on file.

Add-on requests and change requests come to you as notifications, never as surprises on the calendar.

Client Hub questions

Does the customer need an account?

No. The hub opens from a signed link on the appointment, estimate or invoice page. Nothing to sign up for and no password to lose.

What can a customer do from the hub?

Approve or decline an estimate, ask for changes, pay a deposit or balance, tip, ask for a suggested service or a different time. Every request comes to you to accept.

Is it branded to my shop?

Yes. The hub wears your logo and colors, the same ones as your booking page and emails, with your name on top and your phone and email at the bottom.
