Its Terms, effective May 29, 2026, add 0.5% to every payment you take through your own Stripe or Square, charge $1 a job over a plan limit, and keep billing until Support confirms you've cancelled. Fieldd is a dispatch-first field-service platform with routing, VIN lookup, an AI assistant and ten users on its first plan, and it publishes comparison pages against most of this market.
