Autopilot

It finds the money. You tap Approve.

Autopilot learns when each customer comes back and queues the next text or task, with its dollar value on the card. Nothing sends until you approve.

Autopilot in Strata

How it works

Autopilot, step by step

1

It rescans your whole shop every day

Once a day, Autopilot checks for money sitting still: overdue regulars, cold quotes, uninvoiced jobs, past-due balances. It only speaks up when it's confident.

2

It writes the message and names the money

Each draft is from your shop by name, with the vehicle and last service. One line says why and the dollars it expects back.

3

You approve, skip, or edit; nothing sends on its own

The badge shows how many moves are ready. Tap Approve & send, edit the wording first, or Skip. Tasks open the right screen in one tap.

4

It tracks every send to real dollars

After a move sends, Autopilot watches whether they booked, accepted, or paid, and logs it to a revenue ledger. A morning brief lands in your inbox.

Autopilot on mobile

The six moves it hunts for

Overdue regulars, visits quietly stretching apart, cold quotes, past-due invoices, and finished jobs nobody invoiced. Plus slow-day fill for the first dry day after rain.

Drafts that sound human, not like a robot

A rebook text names the customer, your shop, the vehicle, and the last service, with your booking link attached. Quote follow-ups reference the exact dollar amount.

Guardrails so it never annoys a customer

Opted-out customers are never queued. Anyone texted inside the cooldown window is skipped. There is a daily cap, and ignored moves expire after 7 days.

Works even if you haven't turned on texting yet

Text moves wait for texting; on Solo the text is yours to copy and send. Billing a finished job is one tap from day one.

What you get

Regulars who were about to drift to another shop get a nudge before they book somewhere else, while the relationship is still warm.

Finished work stops slipping through unbilled; the job you did last Tuesday gets an invoice instead of getting forgotten.

You can see exactly how many dollars Autopilot brought back, tracked to real bookings and payments, not a vanity number.

A few taps each morning clears the queue and replaces the follow-up you know you should do and never get around to.

Autopilot questions

Does it text my customers on its own?

No. Autopilot only drafts and queues. Nothing goes out until you tap Approve & send, and you can edit the wording or skip it first.

Won't this end up pestering people?

Guardrails prevent that. It never queues opted-out customers, skips anyone texted inside your cooldown window, caps daily sends, won't stack two nudges on one person, and drops ignored moves after 7 days.

Do I need to set up texting to use it?

No. Texting is on Pro and Premier with nothing to set up. On Solo the text is yours to copy and send. One-tap tasks work before you send a single SMS.
