What actually carries over when I switch?
Customers, vehicles, invoices with their payments, and appointments come through the importer from a CSV export, so anything that can export a CSV works: OrbisX, Urable, TintWiz, QuickBooks, and the rest. You download Strata's template, line your exported columns up with it, preview the file to see exactly what will land, and import. Every import is one batch you can undo, and a receipt shows what came across, including the invoiced and collected totals. Upcoming jobs are quick to recreate on the calendar, and most shops rebuild their service menu in under an hour.
Do I lose my booked jobs or confuse my customers?
No. Keep your current system running during the trial and let new work flow through Strata. Customers just see cleaner estimates, booking links, and receipts with your name on them.
What about texting customers?
Two-way texting starts on Pro and takes no setup: flip it on and it runs from Strata's registered line with your shop's name on every message. Replies land in one inbox in the app. Shops that already have a Twilio number can connect it instead.
What does it cost after the trial?
